SD300 (Ixus 40) SD or MMC?

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone can tell what are the different between SD and MMC, and should I buy a SD (High Speed) or MMC for my SD300? Thank you.! :p

SD cards are faster than Multi Media cards. You definitely want an SD card for the "SD300". Also, a high speed SD card works even better for faster operation and video.

SD cards are faster and cheaper than MMC cards are now. its kind of hard to even find mmc cards now really. the sd200/300 manual has a funny warning about not using mmc cards even though they will work, but canon will not make any guarantees about it working because its only designed for canon sd cards. so, really thats a useless sentence. but oh well.
1gb SD card from sandisk are only $65 now. i can't think of any reason at all to even look at mmc cards.
