um, sorry but i can't remember what all settings i used.

ISO 100 for most of them. 50mm f/1.4 lens for most of them..and a 70-200 f/4L on maybe one or two. i used my 580EX flash on all but one i think. i'll post up the actual settings later if y'all want....also, none of these pictures are cropped at all.

i want some bad feedback...well, besides the overexposure. they looked great on my monitor at home when i edited them but now that i'm at work, they look washed out. anyway. what i mean is as far as composition and stuff like that. any pointers would be gladly appreciated.

this one was without flash with the 50mm f/1.4. i believe it was at f/2.5 and 1/125 at 400 ISO.

Great work! I like the third last one the most. Very cute.

You've done an excellent job here Adam, getting good stuff out of the 50 f/1.4.:)

You've got a really cute model to work with! I like your largest (5th) photo the best- good composition filling the frame.

A few of the others I think suffered from some composition challenges that could have been improved by changing your position relative to the subject to get less distracting backgrounds:

2. She has a pumpkin growing out of her butt.
3. She has the top of a chair growing out of her head.

Looking forward to seeing you post more pictures of her!

I would be happy with those shots

thanks for the compliments..and critisism. yea i noticed that ugly chair right behind her head later and was kinda frustrated. that one would be pretty easy to photoshop out, but just a pain to do over and over. i swear every time i take pictures i learn something new.

Oh, that's nothing. I took some shots of my wife at Old Faithful. Never even thought twice about it, until I got home and saw the geyser shooting out of her head. Guess she was blowin of some steam.

You'd figure with all the electronic gizzmos they are building into today's cameras there would be a warning light or buzzer when we all occasionally compose these types of shots ;)

on top of that, i know my pictures are either over or underexposed that i post on here....i really need to get one of those monitor calibration thingys.

I think you did pretty well with the kid. There are some great shots in there. For the most part you exposure looks pretty good to me.
