Hello All,
I am new to these forums but I have been looking through the DCRP reviews etc for a couple of months now, trying to decide on what new camera to get. Just when I was about to settle for the SD700IS, two new cameras came out that caught my attention.
Now I am trying to decide between the Canon SD800IS and Panasonic DMX-FX07/50. All 3 cameras are about the same size, have 28mm wide angle and OIS, big bright screens, etc. The Canon has an optical view finder when I love, but I also love that the FX07 is almost $150 cheaper! The question here is image quality and image issues. I have no way to compare this since there are hardly any reviews out for these cameras yet, so I hope the forums can help me.
I am sure there are others out there with the same question, since these cameras are so similar in terms of specification.
