I have an Olympus 3-300 with 150 mm lense

Last night I tried to shoot inside an area with what looked like Sodium lighting.

Now normally for shooting sports I just use the preset sports mode and get amazing pictures but last night no such luck. Any tips for a newbie on this type of scenario would be greatly appreciated. I am assuming my issue is mostly to do with Shutter speed but this is usually not an issue. I will attach a picture for reference.
Thanks

looks a bit tragic doesnt it
you might have provided the EXIF information with the frame
this small reproduction you have given doesnt have it with it

it seems likely the shutter was way too slow
you ought bump up the iso untill you get a satisfactory shutter speed

on sodium lights
not being totally familiar with the Oly 300
check the manual to see if you have a white balance setting for sodium lights
usually sodium add a lot of orange to a frame, but I cant say I can see that happenning here, frankly it looks more green to me

however, lets say there is no white balence specificly for sodium,
and that this is a common shooting issue for you
you could use a corrective filter like a CC20 or CC40 blue
