I think you should add a couple of columns to the chart. The first is manufacturer. Since a lot of cameras use Sony sensors and other cameras use in-house developed sensors (and some even use a combo of in-house and third party) , it would be good info to include. For starters, if two cameras were using the same or similar Sony sensor, it could be easily identified. Secondly, a column for technology with a footnote explanation of each, such as CCD, Super CCD HR, CMOS, MOS, etc. Comparing size and MP is just one dimension. There are other factors that are important as well.

And another column... the common name for the sensor size eg APS-C.
