I just got an EOS 20D and installed the software. The viewer utility shows wonderful details about all my images; their date of creation, time, tech details etc. Only the horizontal frames show the focal length of the zoom lens. All the verticals have a blank. These are images shot with the camera rotated 90 degrees; doesn't matter if they've been flipped later. Anyone else experience this?

OK. The one on the left is a horizontal frame, the right is a vertical. Taken seconds apart, both on P. I just included the detail boxes because I'm on dialup.

The mystery is solved by canon tech help. Vertical images are not supported with this feature and "sorry for any inconvenience this may cause". Odd, weird, lame.
