Im looking at the black Sony DSC-T30, and these two sites have the best price.

It is just kind of fishy because, first of all, both of these sites are nearly identical. To me that seems like a cheap way of getting noticed more on sites like Mysimon.com. And if they are willing to go that far, who's to say they dont randomly create profiles in order to give themselfs good reviews.

Here are the sites.

http://www.ibuydigital.com/product/?32400&cart_id=13879501

Anyways... I just want to know if these people are safe or not. Like I said they just seem kind of fishy. The over priced bundles are unusual too. One of the reviewers said they call you and try to get you to buy the bundle, and if you don't, they give you a hard time.

Also does anyone know anything about ABES of Maine? http://www.abesofmaine.com/viewproduct.asp?id=sndsct30bk&l=CNET

Take a look at the top of "The Good" Category...

Also - take a look at the top of "The OK" Category (for Abes rating)
- Abes was put in the OK category because of their ratings from the various sites (Such as resellerratings) but they are a brick and mortor store with a huge online storfront. They are pretty reliable from what I have heard.

Hmm... Alot of people seem to have a bad experience with them. And some of them suspect the same thing I do (that the positive feedback is fake).

Well I guess I won't be using them,

What about ecost? Their rating is lower but it seems like you can actually get a hold of them if somthing goes wrong. For those other places people were saying they would ignore their e-mails and phone calls.

I wouldn't put a lot of weight in anecdotal posts on these sites. There's no way to verify the authenticity of any given post. Pay more attention to the site ratings. If you feel the cost savings in buying from a retailer like eCost (Rating = 4.20) outweighs the risk in buying from a lower rated site, then go for it. However, from personal experience, I wouldn't recommend it. I'd pay more and buy from only the higher rated sites (above 8.0). Just my opinion for what it's worth... Good Luck!
