Digital Camera project opinions...

Hello all. First, I want to apologize in advance if this was placed in the wrong forum.

I coach gymnastics and want to set up a media center against a wall in the gym. I want to set up a digital video recorder that is constantly filming and outputs the video on a 10 - 15 second delay (so my girls can see there previous tumbling pass or routine). Obviously, I am just using the computer to feed the input to the output and I am not interested in saving the video.

What video camera (used is just dandy) and how do I accomplish this?

If you don't want to save the video, why don't you just connect the camcorder straight to a TV?
Personally, I'd just get a DV camcorder with firewire to feed the video to a computer. The computer has to have decent graphic card though. What camcorder? hmmm......... too many to choose from.
