i'm interested in buying a canon powershot pro 1
my question
can i use studio flashes by
placing a shoe adapter on the camera's shoe flash and take a flash cord from the adapter to my studio flash?

Quite probably or safer to use a slave flash.

But why buy a pro1 when for the same money you can get a dSLR?
