I had this in the gallery section but it seems no one goes in there.

30D, 24-70 f.8L both handheld, im still getting the hang of this so be easy on me.. SLR cameras is a tricky tech to learn...

Great colour reproduction with that combination. I am not sure what I like more, the cute kid or the lens. I still am trying to figure out about ISO 640 with 1/50th sec, and f2.8 though. The light seems to have been much better than that on the photo.

Nice shots Scott. I esp. like the first one, though you may want to check the WB - seems a little warm, so we don't really get to see her true eye color. :)

thanks for the tips guys,

coldrain, yea the light was better, prolly good for ISO100, but it was spur ofthe momment shot, and thats how it came out. I was trying to catch her before she took the lens hood off her head.

24Peter, yea tad warn i tend to like 6k+ I need to learn to drop it down sometimes.
