Hello,

Is it possible to combine multiple filters? If so, how (multiple adapters or filters connecting to each other?)

Your help is much appreciated!

Hoya Pro-1 Super HMC filters have a front thread so you can attach filters together. A lot of filters don't have a front thread so make sure you take a close look before purchasing, or review the specs on the filter makers website.

If using a Pameraal PA62 or other equivelant adaptor you will have a thread on the front of this adaptor, in respect of the PA62 it is 62mm, you can now mount filters on this which also have a 62mm thread.

Ah, I was looking at the HOYA filters. Would you or anyone else happen to know if TIFFEN (seems much cheaper with little or no discernable quality difference) has this same back/front thread capability?

Also, would combining these filters have the same effect as buying a single filter that combines both features:

Example:

Would combinding a Colar Polarizing and a 812 Color Warming filter have the same affect as using a Warm Polarizer?

Just curious...
