Hi G6 owners.
I'm thinking of buying a G6 after comparing lots of on-line reviews. But when I red Jeff's review of Canon A95 that says A95 only does date imprinting at 1600X1200 resolution, it makes me wonder if Canon G6 has the same limitation.

I have a sony DSC-S70 which allows me to print date/time stamps on the pictures with several different format options. Could you please confirm if G6 can do the same thing?

Thanks!

i don't have a printer handy to test this, but the g6 manual makes no mention of a size limitation for date printing. the only limitation i can find is that the date will not be printed if you are doing multiple prints (like multiple images on a page). not the answer you were looking for, but hope it helps :o

I believe he is asking if the date is imprinted on the image itself (not just for printing). Like when you view it on the computer, the date should be on one of the corners of the image.
