Ok, I'm ready to order a UV and CP filter. What i planned on doing is ordering another adaptor tube and keeping the CP on one tube and the UV on the tube on the camera and just changing the tube when i want a different filter. Does anyone else do this?
Also- any suggestions/ links to decent lens caps that'll fit on the front of 58mm hoya filters? I know it's a basic question.. but... yeah... THANKS!
Cory.

Yeah i do that its faster that way and you dont fumble around trying to screw on other attachments. The threads on these things are tight and somtimes you think your screwing it on then it hits the floor.
I got to where i use the ring finger on my right hand to hit the button then grab the adapter with my left hand and remove it.

I an individual adapter for each filter and lens. For a cover I use the clip-on lens cap from www.lensmateonline.com $4.95 plus S&H

Just go on e-bay and type "Canon 58mm lens cap" they have a bunch of neat ones. Some say "Ultrasonic" wich the S2 lens is and they have gray ones
I like the pinch ones the best because they fit inside some lens hoods.
