Many people use Fred Miranda (www.fredmiranda.com (http://www.fredmiranda.com)), there is a buy & sell section in www.photography-on-the.net (http://www.photography-on-the.net), B&H Photo is a very well known and respected dealer that has some used stuff and I have good luck with ebay. Take your pick.

I've bought some used medium format lenses and some Canon gear at http://www.keh.com/onlinestore/home.aspx . I felt the prices and quality grading were good and from all I read they stand behind what they sell.

The online stores where I've bought used stuff from are B&H and Adorama. I believe some items even have a 90-day policy.
