I'll likely buy online, but I would like to see the camera in person before I buy. I've checked local wolf Cameras, Best Buy, Circuit City. All have it online, but don't have it in stores?? Ansy suggestions?

sorry - if your local stores don't have them in stock you are out of luck.. if you are going to buy online:

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=423808&is=REG&addedTroughType=search

Buy from them, they are probably more reliable then any Brick and Mortor Store, and their prices are probably better also.

I can sympathize... I wanted to test the F30 before I got it, but the price break a while back prompted me to act sooner. No regrets. I still haven't seen the F30 in brick and mortar stores yet... and not sure when to expect it. It takes a while.

I would check out www.pricegrabber.com and look for good prices.

buydig.com is good, bhphoto is good but usually more expensive, I've heard good things about adorama and abes of maine as well. There are many theads on this forum about where to get stuff...

If you simply must try before you buy, you're probably in for a bit of a wait. Might do better to track down someone that bought one online already and use theirs. :)

Good luck.

you can find a deal for $349, most sites sell for $399
