doubts on using Neat image

Guys
when we apply this to noisy images i notice that the ultimate image looks softer than the original. As though it has lost sharpness. Am I doing something wrong?

Maybe going overboard with the noise reduction. Sometimes NR does soften the image but if you're careful you can get good results.

After reducing noise try applying an unsharp mask to bring your edge definition up a bit.

Krishna - FWIW I've used Noiseware for noise reduction (the few times I've shot at high ISO) and it left the pics very sharp.
