Anyone:confused:
Sorry, I can't help you, but if no one here can help, try posting this at www.dpreview.com in the Retouching forum. You'll find it is very active, and is frequented by a lot of folks with a lot of PS experience.

First thing that popped into my head is that perhaps you need to go into preferrences and increase the amount of scratchdisk space PS can allocate??

If you go into your Photoshop settings: Edit > Preferences > Plug-Ins & Scratch Disks. I have my Scratch Disks set to "1st - Startup", "2nd - None", "3rd - None", "4th - None". I'm on PS7 and I have no idea if this is optimal, but I don't get any errors with it. If CS2 is wicked different then I have no idea...
You can also go into Memory & Cache and change the settings there. I have allocated 90% of my RAM to PS with 8 cache levels.

Cheers,
I will crank the RAM as mine is at 70%, I tried using the startup disc & the named address of the hard drive but it didnt help
Do the pics need to be a certain size before you run the script?

They're optimized for 800x533 and vice versa for portrait. You'll have to tweak the alignment parameters or manually move the text layer for other sizes.
