Final decision... FZ20 or the FZ15

I have narrowed my choice down to these final 2. I would like to hear the opinions of the people of this forum! Which would you suggest? I have seen MANY pictures of both and it appears the FZ20 has a little more noise than the FZ15. Price really doesnt matter, I just want the one that will produce the best pictures in low light situations( utside at night... indoor sporting events... etc..) I plan to buy before the end of the week, all thoughts and opinions would be greatly appreciated!!!

As far as low light situations, check out my thread "FZ20 night shots of my turntables" Im totaly inexperienced in photography and Im realy surprised I could get these photos :)

If cost is not the issue get the FZ20, the only other reason not to get this is the size it is slightly larger than the 15.

Do not worry about noise, it does happen at higher ISO settings but if you do get a noisy shot it can be cleaned up easily enough using Neat Image or something similar.

I would go for the FZ20, but that depends on your needs - for indoor shots I guess the FZ15 is less noisy, beacuse of the Iso 64, however you only notice the noise at full resolution - the same happens with the FZ20, if you never are gonna use the 5MP in prints, you dont have to worry about the noise since after taking a 5MP shot you can reduce noise by resizing it to 4 or 3MP - besides, the hot shoe and the capability to record movie + audio are features that lean me towards the FZ20 - although the built-in flash is quite strong.

The FZ20's flash is pretty great as far a built in flashes go. One thing to bear in mind is what type of shots you are looking to take that may need the flash as this might lead you to get an external flash at some stage.

They are the same size, the FZ15 has a slightly faster burst mode.
If you feel you have no need for the audio recording or an external flash then the FZ15 will do you fine.
But if money does not matter, why not the FZ20?

Thanks for all opinions, I was leaning torwards the FZ20 and you have helped make my decision alot less stressful! Will be buying the FZ20 this week!!!!! Thanks again people!!!!
