I have recently lost my W5, and notice on reviews and specs that the above two models dont seem to have the manual over rides which the W5 had?

Is there a reason for this?

thanks

I have the w100, same tribe as the w50,70.
It has Manual settings similar to the type I had
on myold W1.
I like it, nice camera with lots of good features.

w50 controls:
Manual controls: Exposure compensation
w70 controls:
Manual controls: Exposure compensation
w100 controls:
Manual controls: Exposure compensation, shutter speed, aperture

it is all right there in the specs for the cameras there is a manual controls spot just above ISO sensitivity.
