LCD Display Pixel Image.

I have a DX6490, and a few days ago, an permanent image appeared on the LCD display / viewfinder that looks somewhat like a dragon.

Please see attached image.

I realise it is not a dragon, but some faulty pixels, but I am curious since the image is in the centre of the display.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

My Sony H2 has a kangaroo on the display. My Panasonic has a Chicken on it.

I'm not sure but there seems to be a problem with the imaging sensor if this appears on both the LCD and viewfinder.
