When I look in the viewfinder on my A100K camera and see the shutter speed and the aperture, it see no change with "Super Steady Shot" ON or OFF.
I was told there would be a 3f stop change.
Thank you, for any help. Tau Jensen.

You won't see anything, and it's normal. The anti-shake feature works by sensing camera movement and moving the sensor to compensate for it. You can't see that happening through the lens. On Nikon and Canon cameras that use movement reduction features built into certain lenses, then you can see the effect in the viewfinder.

The "3 stop change" really means that with the anti-shake feature, you might be able to take sharp pictures at up to 3 stops slower than you normally could. Hope that helps.
