Hi Everyone,

I hope someone can give some insight on my new digtal cam that came today, anyway this is a FUJI FinePix S5200, when I take any pictures the view finder shows what seems to be horizontal lines runing accross the view finder from top to bottom and these lines are transfered to the pc and the picture quality is really not very good. After I take the picture the picture looks excellent before it is recorded to the camera and then when I view the picture it looks like crap, I have tried diffrent memory cards also with the same results.. any Ideas for this beginner?

Thanks

JC

I have a FUJI S5200 also but I don't have any of those problems. I'd say you got a bad one. There should be at least a 30 day warranty so if you contact the vendor, you should be able to return it to get it fixed/replaced. I would like to add that I simply love my S5200. I haven't had any problems with it at all. I have taken some great pictures with it. The only thing I wish it had was a little image stabilization, but a tripod fixes my inability to hold still. : )
