FZ20 dont have AE lock button.
So we have to make AF lock (manual focus) first then half-press to make AE lock then re-position frame.
Is there anyway better? or they hide AE lock function somewhere?

No, I haven't found a better way. It is a pity there is no lock, but we will just have to manage with prefocussing, and then half-pressing before reframing.

Which would be hard for a full-exposure or where you need the remote... :(

Why get lazy ? :)
Using the remote = tripod right?
Half press the shutter , get the reading ..use the manual mode :P

Thinking about the function of AF lock.. I'd go to manual focus. Press the switch down to get focus and then its locked until I either return it to AF or press it down again. Of course I've done this mostly by forgetting its in MF.
I think this would do what you want..

It's strange when most of photo camera with AE lock but not AF lock like Panasonic FX7. It will be good for sport shooting.
Thanks for reading.
