W1 or P150?

I was going to buy the P150 for the 7 mp and for its Zeiss lens, but its "limited" functions (if compared to the canon s70), and the dubt that 5 mp are better than 7 mp, let me go back!
should I buy instead the W1? which one is the best P150 or W1? what about pict quality and function? which are the difference between the two?
