unlike my D70s, i have not been able to go out and shoot football all day in the sun...seasons over.... but i got some stunning pics to sell..

ive only had my D200 out 3 times for soccer... at 700pm to boot... yukky lighting and shadows to boot... so i cannot compare image quality as i need some noon time action.. however, i did notice i was getting more OOF shots than i d like, although nothing is 100%, i just expected better... i figured everything was set up correctly, ive read the manual twice.... 3rd time tonite at work...

AF-C
CH.. highspeed
dynamic area
L on centre focus..

i think that was all ( i have to check if i have A1 on FPS or whatever?)
after reading on sportsshooter recommended settings i saw A4... set to wide..
i dont remember seeing this one.... i just used all the outer dials, thinking that was it.. so i go into menu and see i have it set on 11pts.. so i switched it to 7pt and cant wait to go take pics...... just quickly glanced at digital darrels AF review and read the 7pt is key for like flying birds and sports... so maybe that will improve things....
pretty excited...

any other tips guys??

you know i was wondering... if the D200 will show the flaws of a bad shot more than the D70s 6 MP.... im wondering if i need the monopod more than ever for beeing 200mm out and cropping alot?? ideas
