Even if they charge a restock fee, they should replace a broken arrival for free. Immediate notification is critical.

it came from shopping 4 camera.com,so if i told them the problem they should replace rather then repair? cheers

Of course. You purchased a working model, not something they might or might not fix properly. For that matter, some online retailers sell "gray market" goods as new, and that is unethical.
I make all my online purchases from BHPhotoVideo.com. They have AAA reputation, 100% return policy (with or without reason), and also a wonderful purchase history useful for lost-receipt situations. I recently got all my photo stuff insured and they accepted the BH printout as proof of purchase (as well as me bringing it in to show them and list serial numbers). Canon also accepted it for a recent repair where the receipt wasn't handy.

Gray market goods are new, but they are imported through other than factory authorized channels, and therefore don't have the full warranty
