This is really random, but I have a D70s right now, soon to upgrade to the d200 and was seriously thinking about getting the MB-200 power grip made by nikon:

I have the AH4 hand strap by nikon:

it screws into the bottom of the camera into the tripod socket and hooks to the right side strap attachment.
I love this strap and want to be able to use it on the D200 with the power grip, but im not sure it will be big enough :( anyone have the this setup or know if its workable?
