ain't too damn bad. Shown is a 100% unmodified crop of a RAW conversion and it's resize + USM. Canon XT + 70-200mm f/2.8L.
It hunts a bit in poor light but really not too bad. Locked onto the license plate fast in broad daylight. I know this isn't a scientific test but I don't shoot newspaper clippings for a living. Do you?
PS: Selling price for this Kenko @ B&H is $87.

I'd say that's a pretty good price/performance ratio...
The Soligor is much more expensive...but I've seen very good results from it. If you have a lens in common, maybe you and Coldy could shoot the same subject (like a Coke can) with the same settings and do a head to head of the Kenko vs. the Soligor...not that I'm trying to make extra work for anybody! :D

Yeah I figured under a hundred bucks to get 300mm (480 on a crop!) out of my already excellent 70-200 is better than paying over a grand for a prime with the same aperture just to get IS. I'm holding out for the 300mm f/2.8 IS if I can afford it and justify it someday.
Here's a test of AI servo at 45 miles per hour, assuming they were obeying the speed limit. Not perfect...but it could be user error too. I did add some sharpening USM to it, but that's part of my workflow anyway.
