Digital cameras, which to buy.....

I'm relativley new to diigital cameras and have specific needs. I'm a modeler, as in building model ships from kits and I need to have a camera that will allow me to take pictures at close range, as in 2-6 inches minimum. Preferably for under 100 dollars, 3-5 MP, Size does not matter, image quality 9 out of 10, manual controls do not matter to me. I will mostly be taking photos inside but even that does not matter as I could set up out side, neither does the length of time it takes to take the picture. Most important is high quality close up shots.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Keep an eye out for the Canon A520 4mp camera. its discontinued but its selling for around $150 on Amazon. You can probably find one used.

Its hard to find a quality camera that produces quality pictures for under $100
