Hi I recently won a BenQ DC E30 camera. All has been well upto now,but now I actually want to use it for something worthwhile, my daughters 18th next week, its playing up.
When I try to take photos it says the memory is full. So I go to delete all images only to be told there is nothing too delete.
I've done all the handbook says, I've removed the batteries and even replaced them, all to no avail.
Can anyone offer any advice, I have e-mailled BenQ but i'd like to get it sorted asap obviuosly.
