SD700 or Tizzy

I can't make up my mind between the Canon SD700 or the Panasonic DMC-TZ1. I usually use ISO 200 or less in my pics so the TZ1 noise issue may not be a issue for me. Is the TZ1 a better camera overall (not just a better value) ?
