No experience whatsoever here!

I've never actually held a digital camera in my hands before, and I wouldn't know how to work one. But I'd like to get one now and I honestly have no idea where to even start. I did a few searches on Amazon.com and stores like walmart and target, but I don't really understand any of this jumbo they throw at me like "OOH 4.409595584 MEGAPIXELS" haha.

I'm looking for something that has built in flash, good picture quality, and it being compact is very important. I am also looking in a price range of about 100$ or less, nothing too much over that. The overall purpose for it would be entertainment/its fun to take pictures. I am not a photographer, and I am not interested in zooming or things to enhance, really, though I could get into it?

Also, I am on a very.... crappy computer. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I don't have more than 200 or so RAM, and this thing was probably made in the 90s. Would that present a problem for loading pictures? Or would I just need to be patient?

I should probably throw in that I do a lot of picture-taking at night, which means there will be very little light?

There aren't new ones for $100. The A410 in your link may be a good option. Newer models that are < $200 are:

Canon A430
Olympus FE
Fuji A400
Pana LS2, LZ3
Sony S500

Does the PC have a USB port for the camera cable? I think you'll need a better PC.
