I just bought the H5 and played with it over the weekend. I really like it so far. I would like to know if the following is a normal and expected behavior from a large 3" LCD ie. the live image has the trailing effect when I pan the camera from right/left, up/down. If I press the shutter button halfway down while chasing an object, then the image is sharp with no trailing effect. The H2 that I tried in CC didn't exhibit this behavior, but its LCD is only 2". They didn't have an H5 available.
I leave all the defaults alone eg,
- Steady Shot=Shooting (tried Continous w/o seeing differences)
- AF Mode = Single (also tried Monitor and Continous)
Same when viewing thu EVF.
Playback image is fine and sharp.
Is this expected from a large 3" LCD?
Thanks.
