The PowerShot Upgrade program allows you to replace your current camera with a Canon refurbished PowerShot A510. The refurbished unit offered through this program carries a six month warranty. The cost for this program is $99, plus $10 shipping for Second Business Day delivery. If you are

4. Serial number of the camera

$109 for a refurbished (and now-discontinued) camera does not sound like any "deal".

I hear you. I was hoping that I would get a response saying that they have continued the program and have updated the camera being offered in exchange.

Any word from the people at Canon?
