22 Second Lag Btwn Photos

Hey everyone!!! :)

I suddenly have a 22 second lag between photos on my A210 digital camera; whether I use flash or not.

Any idea what's causing this? It never used to do this.. and it just started all of a sudden today. It used to only be a 5-7 second lag with flash, almost only 2 seconds without flash.. no it's approx. 22 seconds with/without flash! :eek:

Also sometimes the LCD screen will freeze up and I have to take the batteries out so it will go off so I can turn it back on again.

Any help is greatly appreciated! :D:D

Rechargeables do have a "life expectancy" and can only be charged so many times before you start to notice things like the charge not lasting as long as it did when you first got them. I suggest that you try a new set and see if the performance improves.
