downloading videos

I have had no problem downloading my pictures and videos for the last year or so, until now. I used to connect my camera and the finepix window would come up and I would download them. I could then view them in finepix viewer and my pictures.
Now I connect the camera and all of a sudden epson comes up instead of the finepix window:confused: ! It lets me download the pictures but not the videos. The pictures go onto the finepix viewer and my pictures, but not the videos. I don't know what happened to the finepix window that used to automatically come up when I connected the camera. Any suggestions??:confused:

I had a similar problem but not with an Epson product. All I did was power the Fuji software up by hand and downloaded my pics and every time after that the Fuji software launched on it's own once the camera was plugged in. If that doesn't work you can try re-installing the Fuji software.

Try the third-part software like (RoboImport (http://www.roboimport.com)).

It's because when you installed something else you left the "associate (blank) files with this program" check box checked.

Just open your Fuji program and check the "associate with Finepix viewer" box and be careful whenever you install things.
