just picked up an fz3 and love it, currently i have an Olympus Stylus 300 which is next to water proof aside from submirsing the camera

how does the panisonic line hole up to moisture? the camera will be going on fishing trips steelheading, i dont expect it to stand drops into the river like my olympus did but shooting in a mild rain might be a possibility

whats the cost in CAD of the len protector from panasonic that goes on the plastic ring adapter? they dont list it on their site

well see if i cant test it out on a few fish today ;)

Hello Putz,

I bought the FZ3 for my fishing trips also. Since your out on the water, you might want to look at getting a Polarized filter. Any lens thats 55mm will fit. I bought a CPF for $12 on Ebay. I just use a zip lock bag....so far no problems.

Here are a few shots with the FZ3
