I've been looking at a lense set on Ebay for the Canon S2 IS. Comes with 2x telephoto, wide angle, adapter and 3 Filters. The price is fairly cheap for the set. I think they are made by Digital optics.
Has anyone ever bought this set? If so is it any good?
Thanks.

Would have helped if you had included a link to the ebay item, but in general no , these generic tcons and wcons are useless.
Opteka, tokina , Hi-grade, Digital Optics, etc you see these lenses again and again on ebay at good prices. The tcons are usually in the high or very high range x2, x3 etc
Most boast about the high resolution, the coated lens and high quality glass, what they don't point out is that these lenses are best used as paperweights ..
Tcons are tricky , thats why most manufacturers have at most a x1.4, x1.5 or x1.7 lens though Raynox do a reasonable x2.2 iirc
Cheap Wcons can distort the picture with ghost images, soft images, double images or split the light into rainbow fringing ...

Sorry for the delay in replying. I wasn't sure if i was allowed to post the link in this forum. I just received the lenses yesterday and haven't much of a chance to try them out yet. I will let you know how i make out with them. I'm still new to this camera and take more bad pictures then good. But i'm slowly learning.
This is the link to a similar one that i bought.
