I am not sure I understand the question, but if you mean the jitter alert comes on,that is because the shutter speed is going to be more than 1/20 of a second.(1/15...1/10...or 1/4 of a second) something like that.
Now why is your shutter that slow in the daylight I am not sure. It certainly is unusual.
Maybe You are using the wrong type of Filter. If you are using a filter try it without the filter. Or you are in A mode and have the aperture set at F8.
Put it in P mode and try it.
Maybe you have the exposure compensation set to +2.
Check your settings and see if anything helps.
Let us know what you find.

The jitter allert comes on because the shutter speed is going to be slow. Somewhere around 1/4 of a second. That just means for you to try hard not to shake the camera while taking the picture. That is not a malfunction.
But why it would do that in the daylight is hard to understand.
If you have a filter on the camera , remove it and see if that helps.
Some people have put ND filters on the camera ,that is the wrong filter.
You could set the camera back to factory defaults.
Mode 2 if fine ,that is what I use.
