Questions about croping and printing

I just got the A95 and we took some pictures of our baby. They are choppy when looking at a small picture of them but are crystal clear when you look at it full size(which doesn't fit on the screen because it's so big). When we printed them out they were choppy.

Is there something I should do so they will print out clear? I am trying to print a 4x6. I may have taken them using the wrong resolution. I had it set for 1600x1200, but that seemed to be the best for smaller pictures. It seems like the higher I go the worse they look.

The 1600x1200 refers to the size of the print, not the resolution. You need to set the resolution at superfine (S). BTW, you only need to go that big if you are going to print out 11x14 prints. Mize well go for M1 or M2 size.
