I am looking to purchase a reflector for portrait and modeling shoots. What is the best type? A gold/silver mix, or gold, or what? Thanks.................doug

is a combination. The basic unit is translucent white to soften harsh light. Then there's a cover that zips over with silver and gold. Reverse the cover and it's silve/gold mix and black. Works for me.
