I own a Fujifilm Finepix F410 & need to send it for repair after the warranty period. However, after sent it to the manufacturer (in Malaysia) for more than 2 months, I am still not able to receive the quotation. I also filed a complaint in the Fujifilm website but received no response at all! With this kind of after sale service, anyone who wish to buy a camera from Fujifilm must really think twice.
