I am looking for a small pocket camera which takes good quality pictures. I am considering the Canon SD300 and the pentax s5i. I know the canon is 4MP and the pentax is 5mp. I hear many people complain that the canon pics have soft corners, purple fringing, etc. any comments about the image quality of the pentax compared to the canon? which one is better? These forums dont really have many people who have commented about the pentax. Could any one post some images in various conditions from your pentax so i can take a look at the image quality? Thanks! :)
