hi sefi,
i'm left-handed, however i haven't thought about this before as being an issue. just like adjusting to using my computer mouse on the right side, i've always held a camera mostly in the right hand. it might be a different story if my right hand was amputated or became unusable.

otherwise, i've yet to see a camera that has a left hand grip and left shutter button.

If you had no right hand to work with, I guess the only solution would be to learn to grasp a camera upside down, thus putting the controls on the left, and clicking the shutter with your pinky!
