Hi all, I would like some advise in choosing which camera to buy. There are only 2 cameras left on my list. The obvious difference between the two cameras is their size. As I'm a traveller, that's a big pro.
The only thing I'm concerned of is the difference in image quality. If it's not too big, my choice is the TZ1, otherwise the H2.
Is there a big difference or not?

Budget

Around 400$

Size

The smaller the better, but I always wear a backpack, so size isn't THAT important

Features

How many megapixels will suffice for you?

At least 5mp

* What optical zoom will you need?

Ultrazoom

* How important is “image quality” to you?

Very important

Do you care for manual controls?

No

General Usage

* What will you generally use the camera for?

Travel pictures mainly, but also some indoor shots probably

* Will you be making big prints of your photos or not?

Max 20x30 cm, or 1 size bigger. No poster format.

Will you be shooting a lot of indoor photos or low light photos?

Most outside in daylight

Will you be shooting sports and/or action photos?

Hardly

Miscellaneous

Are there particular brands you like or hate?

I'm choosing between Pana TZ1 and Sony H2!!!
