I have just read this review and it's full of errors. I think it's almost funny that a professional reviewer can do so bad job. Check yourself how many mistakes you can find. :D

I wonder if we can trust any of his reviews. :(

Does anyone know is there a standard method in timing the operations. All the other reviews seem to get faster times for fz-3.

If you look at the user forums on the imaging-resource site, you will find that the reviewer has revised his numbers, based on using a different AF mode. He says he will be posting a revised review.

I am a bit baffled by the varying times reviewers are reporting. The dpreview site gives much longer times than Steve's digicams or this site.

Below is a table I tried to put together, comparing times for the Panasonic FZ3 and the Konica-Minolta Z3 (the 2 cameras I am considering buying). I hope (but don't promise) that it is accurate (and readable -- I'm am new to posting).

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Sorry, my table is not displaying well. I will try to supply it as a .doc file (if I can figure out how to do that).
