Hi, I'm getting a Canon A700. I'm sure I want to get a 2 gig SD card in order to be able to shoot video and lots of photos. I see from this board that the Sandisk Ultra 2's are really popular. But I don't know if I need the fastest thing out there. I wonder if the camera can take advantage of all that speed.

Some models and approximate prices:
Adata 50X $40
Corsair 60X $45
Kingston Standard $40
Corsair 133X $55
Patriot Extreme 133X $41 (after $20 rebate)
Sandisk Standard $70
Sandisk Ultra 2 $85

I'm thinking about buying the low end of the high speed chips. I'm a little nervous about buying Patriot since they aren't a major player. So I was thinking about the Corsair 133X. Am I going to regret not paying the extra $30 to get the Sandisk Ultra 2? On the other hand it sounds like the Ultra 2 has universal readability problems.

Thoughts?

I use a 1gb Corsair 133x SD in my Canon S2 IS and haven't had a problem after approx 2,000 photo's over 9 months. I'm going to get a couple more for my trip to europe.
