I need help recovering photos!!

I deleted some photos thinking I had downloaded them to my laptop while on vacation needless to say it was several days later before I had realized it. I tried several recovery programs but they will only recover the photos that were last deleted. I wonder if there is any kind of program that will go back further?? Any help out there would be greatly appreciated.

Most software that I am aware that might be able to recover lost photos costs at least several hundred dollars and or isn't that user friendly. I might be able to help. PM me if interested.
