Cleaning your Lens

First, I'm pretty sure I've seen this topic before, but it's not coming up in the search. So if you want to point me to another thread that's fine.

I'm using a Kodak P&S and the other day I noticed that the lens looks rather cloudy and could probably use a good cleaning. It's not affecting my photos (as far as I can tell), yet.

I obviously don't want to damage or scratch or smear the lens so I'm looking for recommendations on how to clean it. Is there a kit I should buy? Or other tricks.
(OR would you just leave it alone?)

The absolute best "off-the-shelf" lens cleaner you can buy (short of using ethanol) is Kodak:

Use it with a non-treated microfiber cloth such as this:
