Fuji S5100 or Minolta Dimage Z2?

I have read many reviews and ive narrowed it down to these two. Can anyone help me by providing something to sway me towards one over the other

I use a Oly C-770UZ, a great camera, compact size, great photo capabilities (of course there will be some that say no IS and no AF assist).

The Pana FZs are good too (Leica lens and all) with plenty fans in this forum.

The only thing that is missing in your query is the lack of list of what you like in both cameras for us to comment/advise. What do think you would want in a digital camera????
